Awful experience was told that I booked an appointment and I was doing a no-show. The reception was disgusting and speaking to me in the disrespectful way honestly, I don’t know how these people have jobs with the way they talk to people, especially knowing that they’re vulnerable and they are looking for help. I will never recommend anyone in here because honestly just a reception alone is absolutely appalling.
My GP moved to this practice and I recently had the chance to see it for an appointment. It's a modern clinic, clean and staffed with friendly people. They had an app to book appointments or you can just give them a call. It's right at the south east corner of Yonge and Eg so it's super accessible with the subway, or if you're driving, there's an underground parking lot in the building about half a block south of the clinic on the east side of Yonge. So far I'm pretty happy with it.
I sprained my lower back, so I found the clinic right across the street from my home. My English is really poor, but the lady at the front desk was very patient and repeated herself for me. Thanks to her, I successfully made a same-day appointment over the phone. Thank goodness, because my back was in so much pain! Before going, I was worried that my English wouldn't be good enough to communicate with the doctor. So, I prepared and translated my medical history and the questions I wanted to ask in advance. I was seen by Dr. Yang. She was incredibly patient and used a translation website to discuss my condition with me. She performed a very professional examination and told me that my back didn't require an X-ray. She then prescribed me some medication. Everything went so smoothly. I am so incredibly grateful to Dr. Yang.
I was hesitant to come to this clinic because of the bad reviews, but I'm glad I took my chances. The receptionist and Dr. Shokri are very professional.
I was very impressed by Dr Shokri. The way she listened and discussed with me the issue I was having left me feeling much more at ease. I've never left a review for a clinic before, but this stood out.
Showed up 10 minutes earlier for my appointment. Front desk let someone who was 20 min late for their appointment. Ended up waiting for over an hour. No communication from the front desk, just a disregard with other people’s time.
Most of doctors here are very professional and caring. However, receptionists are quite rude No greetings, busy talking to each other, looking at you as if their conversation was interrupted. I am not sure if they realize that they are at work, not a coffee shop
