When your doctor specifically says if you have questions about the surgery you just had to call to ask regardless of whether there is an appointment to ask, having the admin staff refuse to pass the question on to the doctor because there are no appointments available defeats the purpose of having a family doctor. The biggest issue with this clinic is the incompetent admin staff who seem to purposely go out of their way to make the entire experience as difficult as possible.
The lady "Komal" is such a crazy receptionist who is being rude to all patients coming to this center. She supposed to be fired long time ago and hopefully she will be soon according to the management. Zero Star to a center employing bad receptionists.
I’ve had a really excellent experience at this practice. Dr Lily Ho-Le was professional, thorough, and took the time to answer my questions. Komal at the front desk was super responsive and accommodating. It is always great to deal with true professionals like this.
This place needs to be permanently shut down. Do not attend these appointments, get your doctor to send you somewhere else. They don’t have a long wait time because no one wants to use their services. They will end up traumatizing you even more.
Dr.Bismil is one of the worst doctors I’ve ever come in contact with. I left to get food from the store next door since I had already been waiting 19 minutes for her, and when I got back she started arguing with me infront of other patients and front desk staff about how she had to wait 5 minutes for me and how I don’t answer emails from staff, etc. After some back and forth, and me asking if we were still having a follow up, she proceeded to continue to argue with me while in her office. During the appointment, she got visibly shaken/emotional and refused to answer questions in regards to diagnosis’s she gave me back in April. She is extremely biased as well. Rudest doctor ever and the front desk is just as bad. Front desk said they can’t do anything about complaints either. The low reviews now make sense. Should’ve saved my time instead of booking this follow up, and someone that emotional should never have a license.
My mother switched to this clinic not too long ago and since then, Mia, the nurse practitioner, has been nothing short of exceptional. She is by far the most helpful, considerate, and genuinely caring medical provider we’ve ever encountered. Mia takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and always makes us feel valued and understood. Her compassion and professionalism stand out in every interaction. She truly goes above and beyond for her patients. It’s rare to find someone who combines medical expertise with such empathy and kindness. We can’t thank her enough for the care and support she’s provided and continues to provide. Mia is an incredible asset to the clinic and an absolute blessing to her patients.
Hello all, I am new to this Clinic but not new to my Doctor who has just joined this Clinic. It’s been a bit challenging getting registered etc… but it seems everything is now resolved and on-line communications working well. As usual the service and response from my Doctor is excellent and appreciated. The Front Office Staff seems to have improved significantly as well in terms of accessibility and response. Good luck in improving even more! Update as of Nov 2025...services continue to be excellent as are the Doctors and Staff!
