They have too many clients and are unable to provide proper care as a result. If you have an issue you might be lucky to see a doctor within a few weeks, and after that you're on your own. If you have questions their support staff might respond.

Walk-in doctors were always thorough. Once I got a family doctor (Dr. Debssou) things went to bad. The doctor either was never well rested (always yawning), or genuinely disinterested in my concern. Front end staff seem friendly enough when you don’t have concerns. However, when concerns arise they’d rather not handle them in a professional manner. Two stars only because of positive walk-in experience.

The entire team at the clinic was also wonderful — friendly, efficient, and welcoming. It was a truly positive and professional experience overall. Dr. Auspitz is calm and has respectful manner. His clear explanations made me feel at ease, and his quick, accurate diagnosis showed real expertise.

I don’t even have words to describe how I feel right now... It's clear that family doctors don't know how to deal with anxiety, and other mental health conditions. It’s clear that the system is broken, because there's no communication between health professionals, and family doctors don't know how or don't want to find ways, or do the extra steps to help such patients. With all this in mind, It's NOT OK to cancel appointments when your patient is asking for help, because "we need to wait for assessment", or "we've tried, and it didn't help". Leaving patient to wait for an appointment with a professional, while you know very well that can take 6 month, at best, but usually It's way more, without giving any tools to cope, it's a very cruel form of not caring. Do you know how hard it was for me just to make the appointment? Do you know what toll it takes? Do you know what emotional toll it took, when the person whom I expect to care for me, and help me, CANCELED on me, TWISE!!! You know what, fine, let's assume you really can't help at this point, but throwing me to the dogs, and canceling my appointments without talking to me, is not the way. At least pretend to care, talk me through this, tell me how can I cope while I wait, show that you're there for me, don't just leave me be! Who does that?

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Auspitz since 2021 and have always had a great experience. He is extremely professional, efficient, and attentive. I really appreciate the quality of care he provides every time.

Very fortunate to have found Dr Ausptiz and Dr Hyman at Watson Medical. They really went above and beyond when I had a recent medical scare, calling outside work hours and proactively scheduling a follow-up to make sure I was getting the right treatment. Everything else has been smooth the 6+ years i've been going here. The clinic also feels modern, clean, professional, and friendly. They run a small lifelabs inside the clinic, and are right beside an xray clinic and pharmacy, so its easy getting prescriptions and tests right after appointments

This clinic doesn’t take you seriously. You have to book it, you cannot arrive to the clinic (which it takes 3 weeks or a month to get an appointment so be careful you have to schedule when you get sick) I have been calling my family doctor because of my pain, I booked my appointment, she called me to explain how the clinic works and I should not go to the clinic and not explain about my blood test, ultrasound and my problem. She was rude and did not explained what was going on with my health. I am changing family doctor asap.

Thank you for taking the time to review us. You are correct we do not offer walk-ins but if you have an urgent matter and you cannot find a near term appointment, please email or call us and we can accomodate. If the urgent issue occurs when we are closed, we have an after-hours clinic for enrolled patients that you can attend but again by appointment only. Thank you
