I’m expressing my ongoing frustration with the clinic’s chronic delays in seeing patients. My most recent appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM yet I was not seen until 11:15 AM. This pattern is not new almost every visit results in waiting well past the scheduled time. The Front decks so rude to all the patients I see who she talk even on the phone too
I always have a great experience at this walk-in clinic. Dr. Are very professional, knowledgeable, and take the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I feel well cared for and respected during my visit. The front desk and nursing staff are friendly, efficient, and made the whole process smooth from check-in to follow-up. The wait time is reasonable, and everything is handled in an organized manner. The attached pharmacy is also excellent—quick service, helpful advice, and they had my prescription ready in no time. It’s very convenient having everything in one place. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for quality care without a long wait. Thank you to the entire team!
Oooh the Lady at the front desk who wears glasses. Unfortunately, her behavior has often come across as rude and unprofessional. Several people have also expressed that they feel uncomfortable interacting with her. She says that she is from Pakistan.
I had a really difficult week leading up to my walk-in here. The staff were cold, and laughed when I was telling them my symptoms while trying to manage my anxiety. I came home very upset. I wish they paid attention to the negative reviews they are getting at this clinic about their service.
Dr. Surajudeen Abdulrahman is a fantastic doctor who really listens and makes you feel comfortable. The receptionist is friendly and efficient, and the two assistants are always kind and helpful. The whole team at Thornlea Medical Centre creates a welcoming environment, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients
I’ve visited this clinic several times, and unfortunately, poor time management seems to be a consistent issue. My appointment was scheduled for 11:00 AM, but I wasn’t seen by the doctor until 11:40 AM. This isn't the first time it has happened — almost every visit involves a long wait past the scheduled time. It’s really frustrating and feels like a lack of respect for patients' time. I hope the clinic takes steps to improve their scheduling and communication.
