The tilework is clean and precise, the cabinetry fits perfectly, and every room has a polished, high-end look. They have an eye for design. We had some awkward corners and structural quirks in our old home, but they always knew how to handle that. It was a whole home reinvention, and Crown Construction nailed it!
As our family expands, we needed more rooms to accommodate everyone and we started thinking to either do rear addition or added a partial second story to our small house. After many reviews and research, we were so glad to have found Crown Constructions. I called the company, left them a message and Hamid, the manager responded to me immediately for the consultation appointment. Hamid was excellent in helping us to make the right decision to add a second story addition to our house. Throughout this process, He spent a lot of time with us, holding multiple meetings with the architect / the designer to discuss design details that meet our budget and expectations. He is very professional, honest, very kind and transparent right from the beginning of the project till the end. He was always accessible to us and answered our questions right away. Hamid was also at the site to support his team regularly and gave us regular updates. All permits and inspections were secured and dealt with by Him. The project supervisor, Sam and his crew were true professionals and did an amazing job for this project. They cleaned up after each day and were very polite and friendly. Overall, the team was professional, efficient, and very attentive to our needs. They went above and beyond to ensure things were done correctly and safely and our friends were also amazed at the quality of our second story addition. Last year I wanted to add a single car garage to my home. I approached Crown Construction because of what they say in their slogan about their experience and I did not want to be conned by a fly by night contractor. I was told by them that a garage addition is feasible and so I entered a contract and submitted a deposit to do the work. After months of waiting for a permit it was declared by the city that a garage addition was fundamentally not feasible because there was not enough space for one. In all it cost me $3000.00 to find out what the Crown project manager should have determined and disclosed to me from the beginning being such an experienced contractor. I am very disappointed by this experience because I felt that the project manager Hamid had to have known what the minimum space requirements for a single car garage addition is and should have ethically disclosed this to me before entering a contract and taking my deposit.
