I met Ryan when he came in with his parents to pick up a 2025 Toyota Sienna. Ryan mentioned to me that he does renovations. I had him come to our home and give me quotes for basement and onsuite washroom. We go ahead with the onsuite washroom renovation and we could not be happier with the complete work. We just completed our renovation which included a reimagined ensuite, WOW. Also included was our main bathroom and newly created bathroom within our basement office, theatre room. We reached out for 3 quotes. Reno Rocket's quote was not the highest and not the lowest, but was in the middle and just right. 3D rendering and detailed scope of work proved to be good for both RR and us. Any changes during the renovations are clearly detailed in their contract. So be aware when you sign on the dotted line you have included everything you want or it's gonna be an upcharge. The quality of work is certainly second to none. Demolition, framing, drywall, taping, vinyl floor installation and tiling.. WOW again. Sure there were days when no work was performed but nothing I can really complain about. RR is a professional company, not the jack of all and master of none. Good value matched with quality of workmanship. Always responsive when we had concerns and showed great patience and flexibility when we became alarmed from time to time. Never became a problem as they are great problem solvers. RR offers a warranty on their work. I can't comment on warranty response because it seems everything was done properly the first time. (So Far) You can be comfortable doing business with RR and I do give them a 5 star review.

I was looking to partner with a company who would understand my needs, be open to feedback and communicate well. It was about the relationship and RR delivered. From my first phone call, to the sales visit, to designing the project I was reassured we made the right choice. A project of this scale will not come Without hurdles but there was never any conflict, blaming, or animosity. Each issue was resolved maturely, calmly and with open communication. I’ve had work done around the house before but the team at RR is definitely the nicest folks I’ve worked with. We love our basement and our vision came to life as expected. Would definitely work with them again without a second thought.
