Very happy with all the hard work that I REMODEL did on my bathroom. They made great use of the space making it laundry room and bathroom with a shower. They were quick, reliable and respectful of my home. A great price too. Would definitely use them again. Very happy overall

The kitchen looks exactly as I imagined and the attention to detail was much appreciated. I will definitely be using them again for future renovations as I can rely on them for a job well done. Daryoush and his team did a great job with our basement renovation adding upper cabinetry to a kitchenette and creating an under-stairs storage area. He was reliable, professional, and it was clear he takes great pride in building good relationships with his clients. Prices were competitive with other quotes we received.
My son and I were looking for a contractor to complete a condo renovation that met all of our needs. We meet Dave, who was very knowledgeable For every meeting, he was always punctual, Because of the age of our building we needed an expert opinion , and Dave was the one. Dave showed incredible knowledge and was able to quote a reasonable price for us with a 3 to 4 weeks completion time. He showed understanding and was able recommend what can be done and what shouldn’t. Beginning our renovation and the demolition stage; Dave was able to follow all our condos rules and protocols. Even spoke to the management himself for any concerns. Dave helped us disposed of all materials properly which most contractors won’t do. The kitchen at the end was beautifully done. He provided us with a very nice quartz countertop, very large and beautiful custom cabinetry, backsplash and tiling to complement all this. Dave was able to provide his design input as well to which items would look better on which. He even installed LED lights underneath which was not in our quote but was complimentary. Our washroom was given a nice new fan and he rewired everything so it connects to one switch. On our 2nd or 3rd visit I did mention about liking nice bright lights and he installed very bright white LED lights in both our washrooms. I also wanted a certain type of shower head but Dave assured me that he had chosen a very good quality one and when he attached it, it had exceeded my expectations. Dave even installed additional shelving in our mirrors as a surprise. Our Bedrooms and hallways were completed with beautiful matching engineered hardwood. We were too confused on paint and were going to choose white but Dave helped with recommendations and we ended up choosing a light greyish blue paint. He had also replaced all of our molding in our ceilings and provided baseboards for the bottom. We also had fragile items in our bedrooms which we could not move too far. Dave had helped us move the items and we covered it up with a blanket. Dave was able to work around the fragile items and avoided any damages which we are very thankful for. During our appliance day he even helped the movers bring it in and he removed our main door which I would not be able to do to help fit our items inside as they were too large. Overall Dave and his team were wonderful to work with as he will always be in constant communication with you, no matter what time/day you message him. He works on Solo contracts so he is able to put all his attention to your home. He made our home look very modern and completed the works within the promised time. My wife and I contracted with iRemodel Home Renovation to install a three piece bathroom on the second floor of our house. The work was completed on time and on budget. I tend not to write reviews, and if I do, I wait to see how the results are. We did a full interior renovation of our home, and I have to say, Daryoush (Dave) and his team, where on site Monday to Saturday right at 8am sharp to start work. Daryoush was always accessible and would respond promptly. Our project from start to finish took 4 months, just a little over the estimated timeline, but what I love about this contractor is that he does one job at a time, which is often difficult to find now a days, so it never feels that the job is stalling. It's been over a year now, since we returned to our renovated home, and we love it, and any issues that come up, Dayoush has come back to fix them, which is what truly separates him from others. He stands by his word, and also the reason I waited to write this review to see if he would. Like I said, we did a full renovation, basement, main floor and second floor. He was also very mindful of keeping us within our budget, as we started adding items, and as with any job unexpected things would arise. When I did a client reference, as his previous clients praised his work, and we even went to see it which made us say "yes" to him. We love our home and we definitely receive a lot of compliments. He is very professional and will treat your home like his, while he is working on it. You often hear horror stories about contractors and/or it takes a while to get a hold of them. I can say that was never the case with Dayoush, and to this day, if I call him for questions he responds promptly. Thank you Dayoush and team for our lovely home.
Dave and his team replaced all the floors, removed the popcorn ceiling and replaced the kitchen in my condo. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and cabinets. The project did not go over budget and was done within the 3 week timeline. Dave was very responsive and he really cares about the end product. I would definitely use iRemodel for future renovations.
