Avoid at all cost! Customer service is abhorrent. Took 3 months for hardware to arrive. Came to the house and left a huge mess which was not cleaned up. Left all the empty boxes and wood chips all over. No effort to tidy up even one bit. Furthermore, deadbolt face plate was inappropriately installed using ONE screw. Door now gets caught up when opening/closing. Called to notify them and was told there would be a fee for them to come back out…. When it was only recently installed! Steer clear!!!
Stopped in to get a small irregular replacement screw for a lock I bought there 10-years ago. One look at the photo and he had a replacement in my hands in under a minute. This is the expertise I love in a neighbourhood store. Remember to book ahead:)
I'm sorry but the prices are astoundingly high, and the owner was rude and disrespectful. I was shocked it was the owner. I was brushed off with no regard and treated in a way that left me feeling very unpleasant. In my culture we run from stores like this and stay away. Do better.

Very unprofessional & rude. Don't expect potential customers to schedule an appointment prior to coming; without mentioning on your website. In future, if a walk in customer walked through your door; greet them prior to asking if they have an appointment or not. Thanks
