I came in last minute for a tool to finish a job on Friday night before the weekend and these guys set me up with no questions asked and no fuss. Customer service was amazing and no complaints on pricing.
Overall very bad experience. I had some screws ready at the register and was asking for a female cord end. A guy with a pair of glasses just yelled at me ‘what are you looking for!’ I have been there for a few times and I can say this was Definitely Not the first time. Almost everyone looks depressed and easily offended for normal interactions. Material wise they do offer quality stuff with a reasonable price.
Regular buyer but today I was disappointed because they over charged me for weld-on 45 adhesive compare to few other supplier who are selling for way less I wish I checked them before but since I was regular customer I never thought they will rip me off even when I called them after purchasing they said this is our price very rude no customer service at I paid at least 25% more not happy sign co should be aware
I visited here today to get a couple of screws that I needed. I was greeted by a kind lady, who got me what I needed. I got screws in a couple of different lengths as I wasn't sure what the exact length I required would be. I casually asked the lady if they accept returns in case either of the lengths don't fit, and another employee happened to be there in that area. He was rude and curt, shouted at me "No exchanges, no returns!" Don't know what to make of that. I recommend any hobbyist like me, coming here for their needs to make sure they know exactly what they want if they don't want to be greeted by said rude 'gentleman'.
This is now my go-to hardware store to get my parts and supplies for home use and for work. The staff now recognizes me and always great me and ask if I need help. Most of the time I just bring one of what I need then tell them how many, and they bag it all up for me. There are no prices listed anywhere but 9 times out of 10 their prices are MUCH cheaper than Home Depot etc. Very helpful and friendly. Even if you don't know exactly what you need, you have to have a good idea and they can pin point the item for you. I'm not a "professional" by any means, but I respect their time and help so their no return policy is fair. Know what you need, get what you need =) Thanks Hon-Mark
Bad customer service. Don't recommend it. I bought a wrong item, so I checked my invoice at my place if i can return it back. It mentioned in the invoice that i can return it back. When i went there, they didn't accept to return it back and told me look here at the top of the shelves, a paper on the top of shelves that u can't see it at all and clearly, u have to look at the ceiling. They wrote no return no exchange. I felt like someone tricked me and took my money for something I won't use and I'll throw it in garbage.
So rude if asked for some help. In my opinion they think that they are selling for less price so they don't need to help the customer or even behave nicely. don't recommend I wish I would give less still found the similar attitude towards customer
