This is the best hardware store! I feel like I'm in another time - back when customer service really meant something. Lou, Corey, and everyone atPollock's makes sure you get exactly what you need - and they are alwaysable to give you the most professional advice. The atmosphere isfriendly and the stock is wonderful. I practically have to be dragged outthis store! I love just going in to browse - but I always end up buying something. Thank you Pollocks!!!
This is a great, family owned neighborhood hardware store. It is well stocked with a rich variety of services. The best surprise is that the prices are competitive. You can also get a good deal of honest advice. This is one of the key stores on Roncesvalles. Long live Pollocks.
We work in this area renovating century homes and sometimes due to traffic going to Lowes or Home Depot close by we have no choice but to drop in for a few things from here.This little family run store is too tiny to carry most of the items we need for our job.The staffs are very helpful and courteous, they tried their best to help you find what you are looking for but at the end I have to go to Home Depot. They only carry what are most purchased for the customers in the area.The other pet peeve is there are no free parking spots for the store and the parking authority love giving out tickets to all the cars when he or she is on the job.We would love to give our business to this place but it is so hard when they don't have majority of what we need.
This is a fantastic hardware store. It's like a small town store in the big city. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. So glad to have it in my neighborhood.
