Good selection and helpful showroom to touch and feel products. I can understand some of the comments on service quality and hope the business solves for that. 4 stars only because one of the inserts for the screws of one of the handles purchased was missing the threading! Had to drive out and pick up a replacement. The installer we hired couldn’t finish the job as a result and we had to bring them back onsite causing us additional cost. No apologies or sympathy for the inconvenience caused by staff.
