I love that there is finally a health food store that is open late! They have an amazing selection, good prices, and great sales, plus a loyalty program. Def recommend!
Spent almost $400 in there today you basically save tax, the discount for spending over $249 you don’t receive until October 13. So I have to keep an accounting of that on my own. I asked about the gift bag was told no only for first 50, not even considering the amount of money I spent. Sticklers on the ‘Sick Day! Beverages as well, normally 2 for $7….but no 10% on top of that. Cmon guys I dropped $370 in there today….seriously Would an extra 98 cents been that much of a difference?Repeat business not worth that much I guess. Gave one star as the floor staff were very nice and helpful wherever they could be.
First time at the store and I didn’t really know how to find what I was looking for. Luckily the Naturopath guy working there helped me a lot. Think his name was Larry. Guided me through what I was getting and the details of each supplement too. If you see this thanks a lot bro!
Had a terrible experience doay at healthy planet(555 college). I went in to buy a skincare product for someone else and accidentally grabbed the wrong one. When I got into my car and opened the outer box (just a small plastic seal), I realized it wasn’t the right one. So I went back to the store hoping to just exchange it for the correct product. The cashier told me he’d call the manager. Then another guy came and said he needed permission from someone else. A few minutes later he returned, gave me a thumbs up, and said they’d refund it—just wait for the line to clear. I waited around 10 minutes. Then suddenly this lady shows up and says they can’t refund it because I opened the box. I showed her the receipt where it clearly says you can get store credit within 30 days—even if the product is used, where I just opened to outer box. She completely ignored that and spoke to me in a really rude tone, like I was doing something wrong. I asked her to call the manager, and she pointed to a guy standing next to her. Apparently, he was in charge at the time I guess. He looked annoyed, didn’t want to help, and clearly didn’t understand customer service. Only when I insisted and pointed to the store credit policy on the receipt did he finally agree to give me a store credit. All this hassle over a $37 product I hadn’t even used—just opened to check. I left feeling super frustrated. Honestly, it didn’t feel like anyone there was actually the manager there because when the guy gave me the store credit, he also said he needs perimission, and I am a supervisor at rexall drugstore myself. I know a store manager would never behave like this with the customers. If the return policy is written clearly on the receipt, why treat customers like this? Not cool. I was there at Friday, 11th April at around 4 pm.
I have been a frequent shopper for a few years now. Staff is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. However, there needs to be a CLEAR marking for the cash register line. People wait in two separate spots (and can’t see each other bc there’s a large display / Pilar in between) and it causes friction with customers. Today it happened again, and I simply do not understand why there isn’t a stanchion, an arrow a sign- something to avoid these conflicting and confusing interactions. Haven’t we learned post pandemic how to help guide people?
After using two bottles from a melatonin product for sleep and not noticing any effect, I placed a 1-star review for that product on healthy planet website because it was not effective at all. They didn’t add it to the product review. I followed up with customer service but they didn’t get back to me. I added another 1-star review but again it didn’t appear on product review. It’s a good place for online shopping but don’t trust their products reviews.
Honestly, Employees are super rude and arrogant towards Sikhs people ( myself sikh) . Only guy working there from Cambodia was helpful but rest of them including manager are super rude and they literally hate to see me there.i was surprised with there horrible and hateful attitude towards Sikhs people. Thanks but not thanks
