Great price and great service, food was definitely worth it especially late at night when all restaurants are closed and this is the only “healthy” place that serves food at midnight)
This sushi has a quaint and chill vibe. The lighting is just *chef's kiss* (optimal for those who enjoy low-lighting restaurants. One of my new go-to sushi spots. You can't beat the price for the portions. The sashimi was priced reasonably. The nigiri had more fish than rice. It's optimal when you want to enjoy good sushi.
I love sushi but Toronto prices are a lot, however at this place I got the bento box plus a small bowl of miso and a salad with sesame dressing just for $19 before tax! A pop or !a spicy salmon hand roll! is included in the deal as well. The sushi tasted great, there's not much rice while the fish slices are big and fresh. The atmosphere is a little 2021 but sometimes that's exactly what you want on a Friday night. Also a fantastic place to order takeout by phone from - some menu items are $3-4 cheaper to go vs dine in. I'm definitely coming back and not just once!
My fave sushi place great prices my fave is spicy salmon roll so yummy. They are so kind family run business. Great prices you can't find anywhere. Great discount if paying cash $ only issue is they keep changing hours. Came for lunch but was clos3d at 2pm when said opened at 2 now open at 3 so just make sure before so not disappointed.
Horrible takeout experience. Saw the reviews and decided to try it out. Ordered via phone and they said it would take an hour. I arrived an hour and 15 mins later. They said it was busy and they hadn’t even started my order!! I can’t comment on the food because I wasn’t going to wait another hour. I understand sometimes takeout can take longer. I would have been prepared to wait a little longer if they were finishing up my order but to not have even started and to have to wait another hour is just ridiculous and no excuse for any business. I would give this place a zero for service if I could.
Fairly good sushi. We tried Salmon ones and liked it. Friendly service. Scanned QR code for e-menu with all the pictures! The interior would need some renovation..
I had a fantastic dinner here! As someone with a fish and sesame allergy, I never thought I’d be able to enjoy sushi. They had many ‘Vegan’ options and once I informed them of my allergies, they were extremely informative as to which menu items would be safest for me to eat. I had a variety of sushi rolls, tempura, miso soup, and agedashi. They also accommodated by changing up the dressing of the salad. I cannot stress enough, how understanding, and careful they were! The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The tempura was so soft and light with the perfect crunch and the rolls were super fresh! I can’t wait to go back! Thank you very much for such an enjoyable meal.
