I ordered extra noodles for my ramen, but there wasn't enough broth, so the noodles didn't submerge. I asked for more broth, and they charged extra. Since there's no "L" menu, shouldn't they have added a bit more broth if I added noodles? If I'm paying $11 for noodles and broth, I'd rather have another bowl of ramen.

Very good Ramen! Hot and fresh. Good flavor, but nor overpowering. Generous size and filling. Great service and atmosphere! Would definitely recommend!

winning tonkotsu ramen concept since 2013, w/13 loc in ON and 22 loc in CA in total efficient service despite only 2 waiters. intimately dark deco as opposed to some of its competitors which use light deco ➕ white lighting, up to 5,000K‍? delicious ramen product which is highly customizable however, the menu must be streamlined: a new and dorky customer must be able to choose as simple as x+y+z. HVAC could blow cooler. clean WC, jazz music, semi-open kitchen. fair Q/P

Nice venue, worst ramen I’ve had. The mushrooms and egg were so cold and the noodles were badly undercooked. So disappointing for such a nice decoration.

FOOD Ordered the Tonkotsu ramen and the Zangi fried chicken. Both were very good. Tonkotsu broth was rich and flavourful, noodles were not overdone, chashu was tender and tasty, and the egg was marinated well. Chicken had a nice seasoning, though was slightly on the oily side. SERVICE We were greeted warmly, seated quickly, and treated very kindly by our server. ATMOSPHERE The restaurant is decorated very tastefully, but the lighting was a bit too cool for my liking. Other than that, this is a very welcoming place for a bowl of noodles.

I ordered the spicy Tan Tan ramen with a Sapporo beer. I was surprised when the server mentioned that they offer a deal which comes with Gyoza for an additional 50 cents when you order a Sapporo beer. I did see it on the menu before ordering but it did not immediately click when I initially placed the order. I was impressed with the server when she pointed the deal out. The ramen came with a choice of thick or thin noodles. I ordered the thin noodles which was amazing. The soap broth was spicy but not overpowering. Came with chashu pork, ground pork, bamboo shoots, whole egg cut in half, and chilli. Very tasty and a good value at $17.95. The gyoza was 5 pieces on a plate and seasoned well with a traditional vinegar shoyu dipping sauce. Very tasty and crispy. When I paid $6.95 for gyoza and a Sapporo beer, the gyoza alone was worth the price. Sansotei also has a great selection of traditional ramen and is definitely a spot I will visit again to try the other ramen dishes. Great atmosphere and also has free meals for kids under 12 on weekends when you order two ramen and two drinks. Tuesday evening is great for anyone 60 years or older since they offer a 15% discount. Sansotei has multiple locations and different specials depending on the location. The Eglington location is well worth the visit.

UPDATED Awful Experience Original Review: I came here to try the place out and the promotion that they have going on. But when I came in, they said they didn’t have it. I won’t ever come to this place and don’t recommend others to come here. If I could give less than one star, then I would. UPDATE The owner responded by saying they only give out 30 bowls. But if they were actually generous and didn’t waste people’s time, they would have earned more customers by giving out more or offering discounts. The owner clearly doesn’t respect my time for coming there and they didn’t even offer any kind offers to make up for the time lost of going there for nothing.

Hi, Alexander, I think you are misunderstanding about our promotion. Our promotion is the first 30 bowls of Ramen of the day are free, but if you are the 31st, there will be no free Ramen. But we still have our lunch promotion on going every day. Hopefully you want to try our food next time and leave us a fair review related to our food and service, not just abreact your upset here.
