It's a little small given the size. Ordered a 40 piece (?) party tray and it cost $65 after tax. The tray was barely full, albeit shifting a little bit during transportation. The size of each piece was also small, and fish was very thin. Sashimi was half the size of what you’d typically find outside. Overall I’d say the ratings are overstated and you can get better value elsewhere.
I love this spot! I have been looking for a place like this that focuses on quality ingredients and good service for a long time. Highly recommend, think it is good value and they always have prompt service. So happy I found this place!
Returned for a lovely dinner: Uni sushi; chopped blue fin tuna maki; spot shrimp sushi with fried heads (delicious); grilled Hamachi Kama (generous portion Yellow tail collar); Deluxe for two. Fresh fish, well prepared, great service, thank you *************** We have driven by many times, and really glad a friend recommended this Japanese restaurant, with great Japanese food. Interior is small, but very well appointed, very clean. Great that menu includes lots of Appetizers. Service excellent, Sashimi fresh, appetizers & Salmon bento very good. Highly recommended. We sat in front corner and did not see the “black board” specials [Uni, Boten Ebi (Peony / Spot Shrimp; chopped BF (blue fin) Tuna toro] until we were settling the bill. Will definitely be back soon to try those and other menu items, thank you! ⭐️
We had the chicken terriyaki, tempura app, avocado roll , miso soup and salad and it was great!Quality of food was awesome and great service ! Will for sure be back !
So underrated! Always fresh and one of my sushi favorite spots within the GTA. It is pricey if you’re looking for take-out sushi, but it has never disappointed me
Can’t speak to the service or atmosphere as I ordered delivery. We shared tempura and four rolls. The California roll and the red dragon roll tasted as though someone ground rubber into them. The tempura and other roles were fine, but didn’t bother trying to finish the rubber ones…
Wonderful first time dining here. Small but cute little place, service was excellent, the sushi was even better. Perfect bite sized sushi rolls loaded with flavour; the miso soup was delicious. Absolutely recommend ☺️
