The place is something small to the naked eye, but what it has as a child is also big from its Service (deal with people) The dish I order to take is very rich. The speed with which they had my order. El lugar es algo pequeño a simple vista, pero lo que tiene de pequeño lo tiene tambien de grande desde sus servicio (trato con las personas) El plato que ordene para llevar esta muy rico La rapides con la que tenían mi orden.
Food is normally excellent but today we ordered salmon, sushi, and it smelled like rotten fish. I called the restaurant to notify them that they should not serve this fish to others and I was rudely hung up on and told that it was my problem and not theirs what’s funny is that I wasn’t looking for any money back. I wasn’t looking for really anything other than to warn them, but they should not serve rotten fish to other customers. It goes without saying that I won’t be ordering from this location ever again. I’ve also put in a call to the city of Toronto. Hopefully, they’ll have an inspector over there soon so that others aren’t poisoned.
Great experience at Kibo! Yeonjoo was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome and offering helpful menu suggestions. Her service added a nice touch to an already enjoyable meal. Definitely worth a visit!
Like to order from this restaurant. Always delicious rolls and sushi. Fresh and tasty. Our family tried lots of same sort establishments, but Kibo Sushi appears to be one of the best so far. Keep up, guys!
I ordered via Uber Eats, the sushi was great! My only concern were the chopsticks, I had to eat with a fork, I think it’s part of the experience of eating sushi. But I loved it anyways.
This Kibo has been extremely accommodating and nice to me and I really appreciate that. Tonight, I got a note on my order that was very sweet and an extra miso soup. Out of all the Kibos I’ve ordered from, this has been my favourite so far.
Ordered 52pcs maki platter I have been order this a lot all around other locations. This Wilson branch I got is worst one. Rice too soft overcooked. I am not able to pick pieces it breaks all apart. Salmon color so pail looks not fresh. Kamikaze and spicy salmon roll very oily and not fresh. Usually they are crispy and tasty. They don’t use proper kibo containers it looks bad. I understand this but taste not fresh today and oily. Totally wasted money and time today.
