I can’t say enough amazing things about Azia and her team and the quality of work they do there. Of course, I was not the most experienced person in terms of the process and Azia was very knowledgeable, kind and most importantly, patient. We had many one on one sessions making sure I really liked the design. Communication was amazing and I was never waiting for any response and she was always quick to inform me with any answers I needed. The quality of their rings and diamonds are also stunning and she went over all the possible options for my exact budget :) I could go on and on but most importantly, she was EXTREMELY accommodating. Just a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Thank you again for everything forverring team!!!
The entire process was easy, and the ring was delivered within the original time frame -which was much appreciated! I was able to choose a lab diamond from their huge inventory, and pick a setting I liked. It felt truly customizable! The ring itself is incredibly well made and sturdy. I get compliments on my engagement ring all the time!
