Very not unprofessional, slow service and poor quality food. on uber eats it said buy 1 and get one for free and then they send us only half of the order. We call back to get our order sent properly and they did not care about the expensive meal we just paid half of the order missing. No suggesting this place, zero service and respect
Jugo Juice is a great kiosk option for those looking for quick service (during off-peak hours) and a light snack option. The kiosk is located on the first floor of the Eaton Center and has a good variety of drinks on the menu, all prepared fresh. In addition to the drinks on the menu, you can find kombucha, water, and some soft drinks. A good point is that in addition to the conventional meat-based snack options, they also have meatless options, which is helpful for those who don't eat meat. The space doesn't have tables or chairs, so just wait for your order and eat in the food court or at your preferred location. The prices are similar to what you'd expect in street shops, sometimes a dollar or two more.
Absolutely the best juice I have ever drank. Very rich in taste. Super friendly staff and owner. Must have when going to the Eaton Centre. Thank you for such an amazing experience.
Ordered a combo mango juice & avocado chicken wrap. The wrap quality was horrible, the lettuce and tomatoes are wilted, you can tell they are not fresh and have been sitting on display and yet they still sell it to people. I got sick after i ate the wrap. Customers are paying for quality and safety of food. Please be mindful what you’re selling. I don’t recommend this place.
I usually get my juice from here after workouts. Today I got a morning blend shake and a mocha protein shake. They are usually always filled to the brim and thick shakes. Today both were filled only TWO THIRDS of the way and not as thick looking and I didn’t realize until I had left. I was already appalled by this considering these drinks are $12 each. I should have taken a picture but it didn’t occur to me that they would gaslight me about it. I took ONE sip of both because asking to have both drinks remade without even trying them first would be rude. As I thought, they were not thick or flavourful drinks the way they are usually made. I immediately went to get them remade and the worker/manager (from what i know his name is James) said he can’t have them remade because “the shakes are almost half drank” LOL. He proceeded to fight me on the fact that it was handed to me like that. PLEASE jugo juice management!!!! Instead of GASLIGHTING YOUR CUSTOMERS do better in teaching your employees how to make the drinks. I am disgusted by how much I was gaslit over these drinks, and that he would not believe it was made like that and I genuinely only took one sip. I spoke again to the girl that made the drink and asked her why she handed them to me only two thirds full, and she said how I should have said something then and not now. I am so shocked at their behaviour. Yall messed up, take accountability and just remake it. I work in the same mall, i talk to customers everyday and I know how to give great customer service. THIS IS NOT IT. He kept the same nasty attitude. I actually can’t believe the terrible service here, you’re better off going to real fruit upstairs! Fresher drinks and better prices, most importantly they won’t treat you like garbage for their own mistakes.
