I went to this shop around 1 AM with my car, and the mechanic’s behavior was extremely rude. I had already complained to the manager about his attitude before, but when I went again today, he told me very rudely that he didn’t want to repair my car and that I should go to another store. I was shocked because I know the manager personally—he is a very good guy—and I did not expect this kind of behavior from his staff. This situation caused me a lot of trouble at night when I really needed help. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.
Very poor service. If you call and ask them about their service and charge they will provide you low price but in middle of the service they change the pricing and deny anything you previously agreed upon. Avoid at all means.
-- Complaint Regarding Dishonest Service at Mustafa’s ( Auto expert 4 you 24/7) Garage I brought my vehicle to Mustafa’s ( Auto expert 4 you 24/7) because the AC had stopped blowing cold air. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The mechanic, Mustafa, did not perform any proper diagnostics — no leak test, no check for existing refrigerant pressure, and no confirmation if air was being delivered properly. Despite the lack of real testing, he claimed to have added refrigerant and then told me the issue might be “something else,” without offering proof or a proper explanation. He charged me $60, but the AC still wasn’t working. Later, I visited another garage near my home with proper equipment. They tested everything professionally and found that the system had only 0.0003kg of refrigerant — practically empty. This raises a serious question: Where did Mustafa actually put the gas he claimed to add? This is the second time I’ve witnessed questionable and dishonest behavior at this garage. Charging customers without performing real work and giving false advice to “go to the dealer” after taking a fee is unacceptable. I strongly recommend others avoid this place, and I hope the relevant authorities or review platforms take this seriously.

Came in to fix a tire leak and they didn't sand down my rim so it leaked again and I had to pay for the fix twice. Also did my rear brakes and forgot to install 3 rear caliper bolts, extremely dangerous and unprofessional. Do not come here looking for good honest work. Also long wait times.
They charged us a deposit to check the car and gave a price if we come back to fix it, saying the deposit will be refunded. When we came back, they quoted us almost double the initial price to make up for our deposit. Stay away from the mechanic named Hailu. DO NOT RECOMMENED!! To reply to owner: the mechanic said that he charged us $50 to check the car but if we come back and fix it there then it will be a deposit and deducted from the labour cost. As an owner you should look into the matter before blaming it back on your customer. I attach a card written by him as proof.
