Needed winter tires installed immediately and they literally dropped everything to have me in when I came and said I was in a rush. The big stores like Canadian Tire wouldn't even say they would squeeze me in, and appointment was a few days later. That's why I'll recommend tee jays auto, price was great, straight up service! Jay is such a nice and honest car shop owner, so is the mechanic Abdullah! They didn’t charge me anything for checking and filling my tire pressure, whereas the previous shop charged me $20 for the same thing. I really appreciate their honesty and kindness. Three times I've taken my car to a Midas to get my oil changed and got a list of like 7000 things I need fixed. Then I take my car to Tee Jay for regular maintenance and find out three quarters of that list either isn't a problem or can wait. You can't beat an honest mechanic.
This shop does not even have a professional employee to repair cars. After checking the car, they cannot find the main problem of the car. He puts non-original parts in your car, you have to come here again a month later and then you pay again for a new part. Why? I spent my money and time in this shop and got zero results. You try to find better places to repair your car to be happy. I request the government of Ontario to conduct an examination of the employees of this shop and fire unprofessional people.
