I visited on Nov 28, 2025 (Senior 74 years old) My 14 year old Grand Caravan had an issue with the front end of the exhaust at the flex pipe. I explained that because the car was 14 years old I could not afford the work if it required a full exhaust replacement. The lady at the reception area was exceedingly helpful. She was extremely personable and very interested in helping me. She spoke to two gentlemen in the garage area and they said if I could wait about 15 minutes, they could put it up on the hoist and give me a couple of price estimates. They too could not be more helpful. I was very very impressed with their help and professionalism. After the inspection they indicated that I could have Option 1 just the front part of the exhaust and flex pipe fixed or Option 2 a more complete service that would go further down the line. After talking for a minute or two both the shop mechanics and I decided on the smaller and cheaper fix. The Parts were ordered and the job was completely done and the work finished in four hours. I was very impressed with the professionalism of everyone who worked with me. I would certainly recommend Speedy Auto service to anyone looking for assistance.

Do not waste your money in this auto service, they install low grade parts and ask you to pay more, just go to the dealer and have peace of mind. I paid 700$ for water pump and after 4 months it broke, now they will ask you to pay again labor and they will install same low grade parts. Then youll end up coming back over and over... To all my fellow Filipino, dont come here for any service, wag nyo sayangin pera nyo... Update: November 2025.. After few weeks of second repair, which in the first repair cost me 700 $ plus, a second repair for 200 for mechanic hourly pay, again failed but Im not going again to have them fix for third time, I will just go to Toyota and pay more with peace of mind. Tried to charge me 4000$ for a 700$ repair. Got it fixed elsewhere for 700$ and by the way - over 7 months later - my car is still driving fine despite their claims that I would come crawling back to them. When I went elsewhere they then tried to charge me 200$+ for diagnostic before backing down and cut it down to 100$ but then charged me 130$, quoting "tax". Didn't realize we had a 30% sales tax - extremely dishonest business.
I have been a loyal customer of speedy autos since 3 years. Recently, I upgraded my car and wanted a thorough inspection with safety certificate. I had my car inspected from speedy autos 3 days back and got a quote of $1300 from them. It was expensive so we checked other quotes and we got a quote of $600 from other mechanic. We already had a conversation with speedy autos about safety inspection and when we went back there, the guy was angry that we used another mechanic and I am doubtful as he may have induced a new problem and charged us hefty money. He charged us for the new problem and was blaming the other mechanic. The guy’s name is Sukhpreet. He is the manager at this place.
BEWARE RIP-OFFS! I took my car in when the muffler got noisy and got an estimate for just over $1,500. They wanted to replace everything. I said No thanks and went to my regular mechanic. He did the repair for just under $200! One year ago, so a simple repair was all that was needed.
Super friendly front counter staff and mechanics. Got a new muffler for $750 all in, and they even dropped me off and picked me up since I didn’t live too far away vs having to wait at the shop.
