My husband was looking for a store that sells semi formal wear and we were so lucky to come across Rodd & Dunn. The clothes are very good quality and well designed but most importantly the customer service was IMPECCABLE thanks to the brilliant Mona!

Fantastic shopping experience ( and wayyyyyy better experience than the shop in Yorkdale mall). Both Miguel and Mina were incredibly welcoming from the go. Miguel took us around th store, was super knowledgeable about the brand and clothes, made awesome suggestions, and on a personal note - really funny and kind!
Walked in yesterday to buy a pair of brown leather boots. Was greeted by Mona, what a lovely human with great energy. Was super cared for while making my purchase. Will definitely be back here for the quality of the service and the boots.
I have been shopping at rodd & gunn since the brand first came to Canada a few years ago when it was just a small area on the 5th floor of Hudson's Bay. I am so glad they now have their first standalone boutique in canada! The showroom looks sophisticated and very much in line with the spirit of the brand, understated and elegant. I really their linen shirts, and I absolutly love their jackets / coats, the simple and all-around Armitage Jacket, or maybe the Winscombe Jacket when you need just a bit of insulation but with style, and my personal favorites, the Glen Massey and Somerset jackets with premium suede goatskin, you will never go wrong with these 2 jackets, and their latest Adamson Coat or Dellwood Jacket are also top notch. Overall, considering its design, the material used, the quality of products, the price, and the service provided, this is by far my favorite brand
Amazing store, very good quality of clothing and great service. I bought 2 shirts without planning to buy anything there. Will come back again for sure.
The place is great and they decorated it nicely. But it is the staff who seems to be very unwelcoming. The guy and the lady in cash who has a pet inside the store seemed very judgmental and cold. The other black lady was so friendly and nice, giving an extra star for that.
