The product prices are completely misleading. The sign outside said $17.49 for two wraps but I paid $22 at the checkout and they confused old chicken with new one. I do not recommend it. Totally disappointed.
I’m surprised there is low reviews I moved from west end and this is the best Ali babas I’ve been too the guy working Saturday night around 11-1130 was very friendly and my wrap was very good and fresh . I will be back.
Absolutely disgusting. I would never eat here again. 1. Service too slow 2. Terrible potion size 3. Quality below average 4. Stale food 5. Protein is so dry I ordered a chicken shawarma platter.
The owner/ employee so rude.. at the door there is safety issues i nicely suggested the solution. So he gets offended and gave me dislike when i picked up uber order. Dear owner or employee due to dislike uber deactivate the account and we lose the account and job . Don’t ever do this then we will give you next thousands review like this from all uber drivers and none will pick up the order.. what you doing is unfair unfair and unfair
Had a strange craving for a falafel wrap. Pita was somehow both hard and dry, yet soggy and falling apart. Falafels were very strange. Some additional flavor that usually isn't there. Other than that it was basically empty. Compete waste of money. Rude staff that couldn't care less. Can't wait till this place closes and we get something better. It's unbelievable. I've been going to Alibaba for almost 20 years. This location is by far the worst.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with the customer service at this location. The lady working at the time was disinterested, unprofessional, and displayed a clear lack of basic customer service skills. What was most upsetting was the discriminatory behavior I encountered. Shortly after I entered, another customer who appeared to be a regular was greeted warmly, served immediately, and engaged in friendly conversation about his perfume. In stark contrast, I was met with a cold attitude. When I inquired about vegetarian options, I was abruptly shouted at with the word “FALAFEL.” Upon asking if there were alternatives to fries, I received a one-word answer: “potatoes.” The stark difference in how we were treated felt discriminatory and frankly, humiliating. No one deserves to be treated as less-than, es pecially in a customer-facing environment. I strongly advise others to consider nearby alternatives where respectful and inclusive service is actually a priority. The food I received was not hot enough to be eaten by a human. I wish if I could give zero star to this restaurant.
As a paying customer, I believe I have the right to share my opinion. I paid for my food, but what I received wasn’t worth the cost. I only got half of what I ordered, and strangely, the fish was cut in half. If you don’t have the proper food or ingredients to fulfill orders, you shouldn’t be running a business. I called multiple times to try to get at least some of my money back, but instead, I was offered a piece of chicken for an order that cost $80. No one hit your employee, and my mother, who has mental health issues, was simply upset because we placed the order at 8:30 PM, and by 11 PM, we were still waiting for a resolution. So you can show whoever you wanna show the someone with mental illness is having a crisis because you guys don’t i don’t have to deserve people I’m just giving my honest feedback as a paying customer. Thank you.
