I'm a designer and have been buying my paint at Nabors for over 10 years. I noticed a few really negative reviews on here and that is not the norm. I suspect they are likely from difficult clients. I have seen some super rude customers in there who have been handled quite well, in my opinion. Nabors goes the extra mile - they have been in the business for over 25 years and know their products - and even can tell you about other products that you may be considering. The owner used to run his own painting crew & company and he can give you any information you need on the toughest of jobs. His wife also has been in the business for years and is equally excellent with colour and product /job advice. They don't sell you stuff you don't need, they remind you to get things you may have forgotten, they even will deliver in the area and are seriously the most knowledgeable staff of any paint or big box store I have been in. They have colour consultants on staff that are very experienced, they can custom mix colours to perfection from a coin sized sample, and give you colour advice that you can trust. And- they have an awesome store cat!? I always recommend clients & friends go here rather than a hardware store. At big box stores generally staff know little about the products they sell, and can't or won't take the time to give you decent customer service.

Very professional, good customer service and gave great advice - I went to another Benjamin paint shop since this location is not open on Sunday and really see the value of purchasing paints here (also paint price here is lower by ~15% compared to that other location)
Lots of companies make excellent paint. But the people at Nabor's know how to use the paint. Moved into a new home where the previous people had painted but had thoughtfully left a list of the colours that they used. I needed to touch-up the bathroom so I bought what they said that they used. Only it was the wrong colour. The folks at neighbours asked me to bring a small sample that so they could identify it with their computer. My sample was too small. No sweat. They knew the colour. And the finish. Perfect. Every time I go there they have been very helpful in making sure that I have what I need in the right colour and finish. This is the store to use. You'll save money and time because you'll have what you need to do it right the first time.
Like anybody who's used Cooks Wallpaper and Paint, I've experienced fast and friendly service and the most knowledgable staff I've found anywhere. They've helped me decorate 3 homes over 20 years and they never fail to impress with the quality of their customer assistance.
Excellent service and staff are very helpful in suggesting what paint is suitable for the paint job you are doing. This is the only store I will buy paint from now and in the future and I believe in shopping at our local businesses
