I was looking for wood stain and tried several stores, and this is the best! Marcus is so awesome! He is knowledgeable, professional, super friendly and patient. It’s hard for me to pick the right color, and he’s been so patient and helpful with me. I definitely will comeback.

If I could give a 0 star I would !! DARLEEN is supposed to be a manager, her customer service and dealing with her own mistake was horrific !! I have never been serviced that way before. She knew she was in the wrong one simple fix she could have helped the situation and she chose NOT to. She chose to Be defensive and rude. If you’re having a bad day don’t take it out on your customers.
Very bad service they don’t care to help customers they ignore what we need ,they don’t like to talk to customers if we ask them about product I will never go there again

Amazing service. I had to go back 3 times to the store today to pick up materials for a big paint job. All three ladies that served me were very knowledgeable, helpful and provided excellent service in a very short timeframe. I would pay extra to go to this store if I had to in order to save the 1/2 hour extra it would have taken me to go to the H*me Dep*t next door!
I visited this Benjamin Moore location twice since I started my painting project. I had nothing short of exceptional service from all the staff at this location. They acknowledge my inexperience in painting and assisted me with professionalism consulting with each other to meet my high demands.
