he tries to hustle u ,,, just walk away and go to other hardware stores in the same neighbourhood -- after all this kerfuffle in the store i still am left with shitty product xD -- it's too pricey here anyway it doesn't make any sense, yes it's been here for 100 years xD it should maybe close though xD -- other spots in the area are great though so just go there
I love going to this neighbourhood store over any of the other Benjamin Moore locations. Gary is super nice and friendly, and you really get a personalized experience. I went back several times to pick up new paints and supplies for my latest reno, and he remembered my face and name - he even gave me a free hat! Support a long-standing local business and buy your paint from Gary!

I came in wanting to support local businesses, especially during covid. The prices were fair, except for the primer, they were trying to overcharge for that (compared to other stores around the area). Gary was very rude and not helpful, not sure why, but I came in 3 times and all 3 times he was pushy and rude. Other staff members were nice. Would rather go to a different Benjamin Moore for friendlier service.
I am a professional Painter and I have been buying paint in Reingewirtz Paint for the past 14 years and it is actually my favorite paint store in town. Top quality paints at reasonable prices, variety of paint supplies, centrally located and friendly, helpful, professional service. Owner operator, no amateur employees like in other stores. I discovered this paint store a couple months ago and we finally used your products. They carry those fabulous Aura paints from Benjamin Moore (I'm a lifetime fan now) and the result is just incredible. It's expensive but the colors are rich and vibrant + the drying process was incredibly fast. Happy customer!
