The team are very kind and knowledgeable. Alex, specifically, is a expert at wood staining (and I'm sure other things!), and answered all of my questions. He provided a product and lots of information that met my needs. If I ever need paint or wood stain again, I will absolutely be back!
We were in need of a bunch of different paint types (interior and exterior) for our newly renovated home. Not only did we get very good service, but everyone here is knowledgeable and want to get to know you/your project! Great service. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Paint is excellent. Colour matching sometimes is limited due to corporate decisions outside the hands of staff. All in all, great service and product.

As a paint contractor I frequent this location at least three or four times a week. The staff is knowledgeable and extremely friendly! Whether I am looking to buy plaster, primer, paint or paint tools they always have what I need within the store.
Sherman willams by far best pricing service and quality control in North America. The staffs product knowledge, attentiveness, and accuracy is by far superior to any other stores. Each product has a purpose and target price point love the service.
