I visited Deluxe Paint twice this month and had a fantastic experience both times. There was an employee (I didn't catch his name, but think he had long sandy blonde hair) who was exceptionally helpful, fast, and super friendly. He didn't forget to ask if I needed a stir stick and a paint opener, which was very thoughtful. It's hard to find such great customer service these days, and I hope he gets the recognition and a raise he truly deserves. Thanks for making my visits so pleasant!
This Danforth & Woodbine store always gives great knowledgeable service. I called from my roof while spraying and then brushing my brick to order more paint. I knew it was not in stock. In 1 hour the paint was delivered from another Dulux store. Excellent. We were back spraying away. Thanks you Danforth Dulux Team!!!!
Andrea was extremely knowledgeable and helpful as I prepared for my paint project. She also pointed out that my CAA membership would save me 50% on my paint purchase (what a bonus!) As an FYI, they have 3 parking spots on the west side of the building which also makes it super convenient. Enough stalling...it's time for me to start painting.
I've never left a google review before but I had such a great experience at Dulux today. Staff were very kind, knowledgable and did a great job with my colour match. It was also really affordable. Thanks so much for your help!
Stopped in to pick up paint and supplies to freshen up our home and received what I thought was the perfect amount of help... Enough time to go through colours, with great input on paint types and finishes and help picking the right tools. I enjoyed this experience much more than at paint sections in larger stores.
