Vishal was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I recently visited the store to select paints for my home. Vishal explained everything in great detail — from the different types of paints to which ones would work best for my space. He even took the time to recommend the most suitable type and finish options. I really appreciated his help.
Went to purchase linseed oil; took it to the counter with a price tag on it for 14.99. They tried to sell it to me for $29 saying it’s the actual price. Big store competitors are selling it for $17 so these guys were clearly trying to scam which I don’t really understand why you wouldn’t just go out your own price tag. Anyway who knows how many more people they’ve scammed.
Sold me a discontinued wood stain (PARA) without telling me I couldn't get any more. Now I have a half-stained fence that will need to be finished with a different (and different looking) brand.
Went in yesterday and was completely ignored by staff members sitting on their phones. They also did not have the paint I was looking for which was marked available on the website, which has happened multiple times now. I will find a differnet location for my paint.
We were talking with Jeremy about the different Benjamin Moore paints, the advantages of each, wall repairs and over-all considerations of the tasks when repairing and repainting the walls. Jeremy was excellent. His knowledge of wall repairs and preparation, the points to consider when choosing which paint, and the products to use for different types of wall repairs put our minds at ease, and actually got us feeling excited about completing these improvements. Jeremy is a excellent go to person to make sure you get everything you need to complete your projects with feels of confidence and pride.
Website says they have custom color caulking but the store attendants only had certain colors available and they did not have the option for custom color caulking.
Bad quality paint and awful service. Used the primer they sold me and the paint under shows through. Looks awful! Brought the paint back to the store and waited 30 minutes for the “manager”, who is the owner to get off the phone. Hire a manager if you can’t do the job yourself!
