A good place for a pit stop when you need a fairly quiet place to sit outdoors. Expect smokers and the smell of marijuana.
Beautifully built.. Sophisticated. Safe. Great food & wonderful shops. My favorite hangout
I went with my family to celebrate Father's day, there was an exotic car show to support Prostate Cancer research. So ironically there were no public washrooms to be found. If you have prostate problems then you know how crucial washrooms are. It was a very hot day and the lack of shade seating and water fountains is inexcusable. Yorkville BIA needs to step up and make this an event to be proud of.
A good place for a pit stop when you need a fairly quiet place to sit outdoors. Expect smokers and the smell of marijuana. Pigeons and smaller birds galore. If you're into people watching, this is the place to be.
One of my favourite parks in Toronto! It's actually a dozen mini-parks, following the old York lot lines.Start with the forest of trees and Star-Trek like LED-lit patterned pillars, then make your way through different, refreshing urban takes on park wilderness until you reach the giant Northern Ontario rock, disassembled and reassembled at a cost, I believe, of $ millionand worth every penny. This park is perfect for sitting and people-watching. You're bound to find a favourite in the 11 sections.
