Great little park to walk your dog or go for a walk. There's a few different paths that will lead you from the south to the north side and vice versa. There's a little park and open field in the middle. Sometimes the city of Toronto hosts special summer events here, too. The area is fairly well lit at night time as well. Nothing exceptionally special though. It's a park.
Best place to go during the summer. They have amazing different cultural festivals. Woodbine beach, which has a boardwalk, is also just steps away to enjoy.The 28 acre park on the west side of the development is a nature lovers paradise. The natural eco system, which includes a pond and a boardwalk that cuts through long grass and bull rushes, is home to many species of wildlife and birds. Residents have reported sightings of coyotes, foxes, turtles, beavers, swans and ducks just to name a few. The park also has wonderful human-made attractions such as the water play area, playground, climbing wall, soccer fields and a bandshell where many concerts, such as the Beaches Jazz Festival and Waterfront Blues Festival, are held.
It beautiful. I love how the path along the east side of the park is a walk through two rows of trees. It's lovely. Unfortunately down on the docks three of the large planters are tipped over and there is dirt spilled across the path. It's still nice. There is a playground along with a water park area for kids. It's in a very animal friendly neighborhood as well.
A great place for a nice and calm evening walk. There are few benches and also a fountain. Also many cultural festivals are held throughout the year, specially during summer.
Great park to walk around, chill or play volleyball. Nice and clean with a few benches and well lit at night. Sometimes they have events at the park and its super spacious and organized.
