Diane is great with our new Sphynx kitten and took her time to show us how to wash him, trim his claws and clean their paws properly and put our minds to ease.
It was a great experience for my pup Gus and myself. Gus is an older collie mix with some anxiety and hasn't been professionally groomed before. I was a bit nervous for his first groom but Diane was SO reassuring and professional. She provided updates and was easy to speak with and get in contact with -- Gus and I will be coming back :) He looks amazing by the way -- I swear he's softer than my cat now!
This was our first time with Sunny my cat getting a lion cut ( full shave down) at this location We had a professional service, wonderful friendly groomer who was knowledgeable and kept us up to date on the progress. Would definitely recommend! Thank you!
My sister and I brought my Himalayan cat, Soup, in for her first professional grooming today, and we couldn’t be more impressed with the care she received. Both of us had been struggling with Soup’s mats for a while, and despite our best efforts, they had become so severe that we were concerned about causing her discomfort or injury. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The groomer who worked on Soup was incredibly kind, patient, and clearly passionate about her work. She did an outstanding job removing the mats, and Soup is now much more comfortable. It was evident that she genuinely cares about the well-being of the animals she works with, which made us feel completely at ease. As students, we were struggling to find an affordable groomer, and we are so thankful to have found this place—it was absolutely worth the drive from Ajax. The results exceeded our expectations, and we’re looking forward to returning for future grooming sessions. We highly recommend this place to anyone in need of professional pet care. Diane is absolutely fantastic. She is very responsive and friendly. I felt very comfortable leaving my dog with her. We love his haircut and he smells so good! We'll definitely be back for his next grooming! Thanks Diane!
I made the best choice by choosing Diane. She was so patient and understanding with Razz who displays signs of anxiety and aggression. She used different methods when one wasn't working and even checked up on us afterwards. I definitely recommend bringing your pet(s) to get groomed by her. 10/10! ⭐️
