My dog looks absolutely wonderful — his coat is perfectly clean, soft, and beautifully trimmed. It is clear that the groomers are highly skilled and genuinely dedicated to their work. They treated my dog with great kindness and patience, which made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free for him. The salon itself was clean, welcoming, and well-organized, creating a pleasant environment for both pets and owners. I had an amazing experience with the cat grooming service! My kitty can be very sensitive, but they handled him with so much care and patience. The groomer was gentle, professional, and truly knew how to work with cats. My cat came back looking absolutely gorgeous — clean, fluffy, and smelling fresh. They trimmed his nails perfectly and removed all the tangles without stressing him out. I could tell he felt comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend this place to all cat parents! Great service, warm atmosphere, and real love for animals. We’ll definitely be coming back! ?❤️
After my husband posted a review about the bloodshot we noticed after we took our dog for grooming at this place, the representative of this place reached out and threatened us with defamation lawsuit (see the attached photo). With the legal background we have, we know it’s an empty threat. All the facts we posted wouldn’t constitute libel at any chance. We don’t know if there are other customers who were threatened for their fair reviews. But this despicable action should not be left unnoticed and therefore I’m adding this review out of responsibilities to the google map community.
Right after the grooming, we noticed a bloodshot in the right eye of our dog. We communicated with this store immediately. Although we received some warm words, we were not told explicitly that any incidents during the grooming may have caused the eye damage. We then visited an animal clinic. The doctor couldn’t ascertain what exactly happened but was almost certain that it was external force that caused the physical damage in the right eye (a 2-3mm stain in the ulcer). Our dog is recovering well and almost fully recovered in a week with the eye drop prescribed by the clinic. Although no true reasons were found, given the chain of the events and exact timing, we won’t risk visiting this place for grooming ever again :(
This was my first time taking my samoyed to Nimoosh grooming and it has been by far the best grooming service I’ve experienced. The workers are so kind and understanding. Not to mention that my dog’s coat feels almost exactly like his puppy coat because of how soft it is. I will definitely be a return customer!
