This was my second time bringing my dog here. The first time was great, but unfortunately, this time was very disappointing. When we got home, I noticed my dog’s eyes were red and irritated, and it has stayed that way since. I now have to take him to the vet. I suspect that shampoo or something else may have gotten into his eyes during the grooming. I’m very upset and concerned for his comfort and safety.

What I love most is how honest and transparent she is—she always walks me through what Leo needs and what she’s going to do, so I know he’s in the best hands. Leo genuinely loves his spa days at Tail Spin—he gets so excited when we arrive, and he’s always happy, relaxed, and smelling amazing when I pick him up! It gives me such peace of mind knowing he’s being so well cared for by people who truly love what they do. I can’t recommend Tail Spin enough. Started taking our chihuahua here for nail trims after our previous groomer became unreliable. Service here is always fast and friendly - I always call to confirm when it’s a good time to stop in.
I enjoy taking my dog there for his grooms. They are reasonably priced, are friendly, handle him with care, and do a thorough job of all the services I request.
We would absolutely not take our beloved pup anywhere else. They do amazing work, incredibly chill and calm and he loves Greg! They are absolutely the best!
Finley had such a great first grooming experience at Tail Spin. I would recommend this business to anyone. The communication was fantastic. I could tell that they really care about what they do and did a great job at making Finley feel comfortable.
