I take my English Cocker Spaniel here for her hair do and washing. I love the way Bonny interacts with her customers and the team does a great job with Billie.
The ladies did a fantastic job! Patience and safe kindly manner in handling our cat ( unhappy and stress) ,even if our cat is in her temperamental mood, they managed to give her a bath etc. I would highly recommend this salon
Highly recommend. We have an elderly dog who they accommodate. Early in and early out to reduce wait times. And with the vet upstairs we have confidence that if there is a medical emergency they can help manage. We are very grateful for the amazing team!
Have been taking my first dog for more than 1.5years now and now also send my 2nd one for grooming. Really warm staff and my dogs have always received compliments on their haircuts.
I brought Watson in and they did a fabulous job on him. I had special requests not to cut his hair too short as he ends up looking too skinny and I wanted more of an afro on his head and they delivered all. I got a phone call to say he was finished exactly around the time they estimated when dropping him off. He not only looks great, but smells great too. The Tails Up team did an amazing job grooming my cat! I never thought that it was necessary to groom a cat, but now I see I was so wrong. The Tails Up team was able to remove all his excess fur and now he barely sheds. He came home looking and smelling great. I wish I had brought him in months earlier.
