Our shy Bernese who is usually scared to leave our neighbourhood actually perks up and enjoys going into Timmie’s, which really says something. She looks so cute and fresh after her full groom. We’re happy we found Timmie’s. Highly recommend!
My ol’ gal Neige is 15½ and has a hard time standing for long periods. Krystal is incredibly patient and kind with her, allowing her to sit and rest as needed while still giving her a spectacular shave. She’s a truly talented groomer — it’s no surprise there’s always a wait list! I highly recommend Krystal if you're looking for a groomer you can trust to care for your pup like their own.
We’ve been loyal customers of Timmie’s since we got our cavapoo last February. The selection of treats is awesome but it’s the staff that make this place so amazing. Shoutout to Sarah who always remembers the name of our pup when she comes in, and Crystal always gives her the BEST groom. Highlight recommend!

Unreliable. pent all day waiting for a nail clipping. Arrived, only to be told staff called in sick. No call, no email. No apology. Place is a waste of time and space
Been getting my poodles groomed at Timmie’s for years, they’ve been great. All the staff is super kind and helpful, they have a great stick of healthy foods and treats and toys too!
Business hours listed aren’t accurate. The store was closed before 6 PM. It was very upsetting when I arrived at the store and it’s closed. I called ahead of time to confirm their closing time. The staff also do not pick up the phone. I had to call repeatedly to get a hold of someone. When they picked up the phone, they sounded very impatient. Will not return due to this experience.
