Bruce has been going here for the last 4 months, first couple times we took him there everything was great. Unfortunately, he has been through two different groomers as they seemed to have left the company. The last few times it has been very hard to get the service we once got. To begin with, one of the front desk staff is very rude. She does not know customer service. Bruce is a complicated dog which is why I always make sure to ask for a groomer that has experienced and feels comfortable dealing with difficult dogs, but I always end up with groomers that do not do a good job. Last time we took him they charged me still full price for the full grooming, despite of the anal glands nor the nails being done? This is something I always specifically ask. The groomer and front desk staff were so defensive. It sucks because the last interaction we had with the front desk staff really made me not wanting to bring Bruce back anymore.
I bring my dog to Woofgang to get her nails trimmed. The staff are always great and they deal with her very well (she gets nervous). They also have a nice variety of treats, so I always pick some up when I am there.
Took my two boys here, a spicy Pom and a neurotic Chihuahua for a for a full groom, was prepared for the worst as they can be difficult! Was delighted with the service here, they did a fabulous on both dogs! Will definitely be going back!
After many grooming visits since Woof Gang opened, I was quite annoyed today. 3 minutes away from pick up, I was informed there was a $10 dematting fee and another $20 handling fee. I don't have an issue with the extra costs when warranted but I should have been informed beforehand. The groomer was wonderful but the front store staff was so unprofessional. She clearly knew I was not happy, she stated there were notes in the file that they have given me this information and then gave me some lame excuse that she spoke to 'someone' on the phone last night. There was no apology, no trying to retain a customer, nothing. In fact she was more interested in giving a treat to a dog that was outside looking into the window. Absolutely horrible front store service. Guess it's time to find another groomer. (here is a pic of the report card from the last groom - no fees or major issues mentioned at all)
