The worst clinic in the area, there is no professional staff working here, they give an appointment but later wait you for another hour and make excuses.
We’ve been going to Ariana for a longtime and overall they’re a great pharmacy and clinic, our last visit was very different from our good experiences and I would strongly recommend against having the male African doctor as your doctor (he’s from the UK) , he refused a simple blood pressure test when my mother explained to him how weak she was feeling, cut her off while explaining her situation and ignorantly diagnosed her without hearing the full story, refused to give us a pre requisition for tests that we were advised by other doctors to get on our next appointment , h pylori test and cough test, my mother has an English barrier so I personally walked in myself to communicate how important it was that we received these pre requisitions and he obnoxiously kept repeating to not worry and if it doesn’t get better come back for god knows what since he’s refusing all the tests were asking for. Aside from that I’ve had many great experiences here and the staff as well as doctors are very professional with an exception of this instance, I would also highly recommend doctor mansoor for his great work and care for his patients.
Ariana Pharmacy is amazing! The staff is very kind and helpful. Whenever I visit the doctor, I sometimes have trouble with the language and understanding everything, but Zainab always helps me and other patients with patience and care. Their service is excellent, and they truly care about their customers. I highly recommend this pharmacy to everyone
I waited 3 day for a signed paper and then they still haven't signed it, it's ridiculous, the doctors are not serious at all, If everyone does their job on time and everyone is happy, but doctors do not do their job on time and they need more workers.
I had a disappointing experience at the Aryana pharmacy in Flemington Park, Don Mills. The staff were rude and unprofessional when addressing my concerns. I was given a nasal spray that didn’t work, and when I brought it back, they refused to exchange it or provide any assistance, insisting I purchase a new one. Their approach was dismissive and unhelpful, which made the situation even more frustrating. I expected better customer service and support, especially when dealing with essential medications. Never going there again!!!

This pharmacy is terrible. I came to purchase a medication for my mother. The staff was rude and my poor elderly mother was so upset. Awful experience. In addition these good reviews seem fake. They seem to be from your back ground. I am very disappointed. We tried to go back to your pharmacy and give you a second chance, unfortunately , once again soheila was very inconsiderate and uninformed when my mother tried to get a prescription filled. Never ever again!
