After being let down by Rexall last minute on a Friday, I called her in desperation. Despite never having met me before, she went above and beyond—she called Rexall to retrieve my prescription, found the injection I needed, and ordered it immediately, trusting me even though it was an expensive medication. By Saturday, it was ready, and she called me right away to pick it up. Her kindness, professionalism, and dedication are rare in healthcare. We need more people like Manal!
