Best pharmacy ever! I have gone to the location for over a decade and all the owners are exceptional with their care, knowledge, and client services. Every team member is lovely and work quickly to service the community whenever they need. 10/10, if you're in the roncessvellas west end neighbourhood, they are definitely a go to!
Sir, I got the same medication from the pharmacy next door without a prescription. Maybe you need to review your knowledge and policies. Please take a moment to ckeck,even if it's inconvenient.
My mother in law was a patient here.. I had come in to ask a question regarding her medication.. however the assistant was so rude and didn’t want to respond to me in a proper manner. Seeing how hostile the owner is with there replies I guess rudeness is a part of the training for this pharmacy
Awesome Pharmacy and Awesome staff! They are truly amazing, sweet and so kind. I’ve never waited more than 5 mins! I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else and would definitely recommend going there to get yours :)
The staff here are extremely helpful, diligent, and friendly. Filling times are always quick and prices are better than other drugstores in the area. The pharmacist makes a point to get to know his customers, and there is a tangible sense of care when you walk through the doors. A true Parkdale treasure.
Great pharmacist and staff is GREAT . They explain medication and they are always there ready to help anyway they can . Thank you for the wonder help and service they give to the clients and they always go out of there way to help .
