inexpensive pharmacy, but the guy looked at me like I had three heads. At least try to hide the look of disgust on your face when someone's talking to you. This isn't my first bad experience here and I won't be coming back
This pharmacy was great- it was my first time here, and the pharmacist was very thorough in describing how I should be taking the medication, including giving me recommendations on what to do to help prevent some of the common side effects. I've not experienced this level of care before from a pharmacy, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. The service was pretty organized and efficient as compared to my local pharmacy. I think it was about a 15 min wait or so from handing in my prescription and walking out the door.
I always have a fantastic experience at Bloor Dundas Pharmacy. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, providing excellent customer service. The pharmacy was well-organized, and they efficiently filled my prescription. I appreciate their attention to detail and the overall positive atmosphere. I highly recommend them for anyone seeking top-notch pharmaceutical services.
Misplaced my medication when I did not pick-up immediately. I was told it was place in "late pick-up basket" and they had trouble locating it. They contacted my doctor for additional medication I did not need and was charged for it. They did nothing to remedy situation when made aware of their mistake. Get a spreadsheet guys. It's 2023.
I recently started going to this pharmacy in the last few months because they had a supply of the medication I needed that my other pharmacy did not and the service is so good I feel compelled to write a review. Compared to the other pharmacy I pick up my meds from, this pharmacy has the sweetest staff imaginable. I come in every Tuesday and the staff (in particular one of the ladies who I assume is the owner or manager) is always prepared for my arrival. She is attentive when I miss a date and treats me like a human with feelings which is more than any other pharmacy has done. She has an amazing attitude every time i've been there, and makes you feel welcome. One time I came in on a bad day and she could tell I was emotional and offered me water and tissues and didn't just dismiss me, point being she acknowledges your feelings and genuinely wants to help which is a characteristic you could only hope for in someone in this field of medicine. I'm very impressed as i've never experienced this kind of service from my other pharmacy in all the years i've been on medication. Thank you for making my life easier with your excellent service. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone and will be doing so. 5 stars easily.
