DIPTI was a very extremely helpful pharmacist today. She recognized what I needed and wanted to help me. She took my prescription and with outstanding full knowledge she is completely my preparation for my medication so I can go home fast and in efficient and knowledgeable service. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE.!!!!!!
I was thankful that I was able to come to this clinic and there was no wait to be seen. I came around 5 -530 pm on a Wednesday. I found it confusing as soon as I gave my health card over then I was asked to put my health card number on the paper form to fill out. Then why did I give you my health card if you want me to also write it down? She could have waited to see my card number when it was written on the paper. Beyond the doors I was asked to sit in one room. Then moved to another room. Then another. I was in a total of 5 rooms during my 20 minute visit. There were two cleaners there the entire time and the assistant was moving me around accordingly on wet floors. The rooms had scattered papers and it seemed a bit disheveled. They left all of the rooms doors open while I was there so there was literally no privacy which is abnormal. All The staff and patients in the hall (why were patients just standing in the hall outside the door staring at me as I’m discussing my symptoms?) heard my conversations throughout. The doctor was kind and empathetic but he was wearing a strong cologne. I would hope that in a medical setting there is no scent allowed considering individuals like myself have sensitivity and it sets off migraines. I did a rapid strep test which was positive and was prescribed antibiotics which were quickly ready for me at the pharmacy in the clinic which was nice. Another confusing situation is that I was given a urine cup and a vagina swab to do at home and bring in the next day. They didn’t provide a bag to put these into they would indicate the bag contains biohazards (this is what they are supposed to do). I live 45 minutes one way to the clinic. I was on my way to drop it off to them and they said they can’t take it because the lab already came by to pick up samples. I asked why they didn’t tell me I had to be there at a certain time. They said they did. I know for a fact they didn’t. So now I’m driving around the city trying to find out where to drop my samples. I had to look up where to go since they didn’t suggest any solutions. They said to come the next day and that wasn’t happening. They had been out of refrigeration for over an hour now. Additionally it wasn’t explained if I should wait to take my first two doses of antibiotics before doing the tests to ensure accuracy so I took my two first doses since I was in pain. My test results came back this week and apparently negative so that’s good but I do wonder if it’s accurate considering the above. I also found it odd that they wanted me to come all the way back in to get my results. I played phone tag for two days and I left them multiple voicemails asking them to just leave me a voicemail with my results or email me and I was giving them permission to do so. I asked them to just fax a prescription to my pharmacy by me if I had results that indicated I needed them. They insisted I come in. I phoned today the day of my scheduled follow up to get results to say I can’t come in since I’m waiting for contractors to come by and then they thankfully got the doctor on the phone for me and he told me that my results are fine and negative so there’s no more medications or treatment needed. Imagine driving 2 hours to have 20 seconds of information relayed I think if they could improve their process it would be a better experience for all since they are all nice. The doctor and business as a whole can be successful due to the support staff if they can take this review into consideration. Hopefully this review can help where needed. It could have also just been “one of those days”. I will likely return in the future though I hope to not have to and pray I stay healthy :) Lastly, your phone is a lot of static and it’s everytime I’ve spoken to you and had voicemails from you. I don’t know what is giving the feedback static but it makes it harder to hear anything you’re saying in addition to hurting one’s ear from the pitch of it.
if i could leave 0 stars, i would. waited over an hour at the walk in clinic this morning for an “appointment” that lasted 15 minutes. i came in with a harsh pain in my throat, difficulty swallowing and an inflammation i was able to identify in a mirror by myself. i came to the clinic and was “helped” by two men who gave me ZERO information on what was wrong with me. just a prescription for cough syrup, antibiotics, and told to “see a doctor in three days”. WHAT? am i infectious, do i have strep, do i have an inflamed tonsil i was told nothing. horrible care. i will not be going back if my problem persists and i feel like i wasted time i could have given to a clinic who actually would have given me some clue as to what is wrong with me.
Dr Al-Attar is caring, warm and very compassionate. He supports his patients with customized care and does not rush you out the door. He genuinely listens and wants what's best for you. I was very impressed with his kind and caring approach-wonderful Doctor in the area I transferred my prescriptions here a few weeks ago and the service is warm, friendly and not rushed. I recently had a slight crisis with one of my medications and Hanny was kind, helpful, supportive and was able to give me exactly what I needed. Forget about big chain pharmacies, this is THE best pharmacy on St Clair ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Don't understand the high reviews. Had a crazy 2+ hour wait time as appointments came in and people off the street got a free pass to the front. The wait time wouldn't be the worst; we've all had to wait at a doctors office but the place smells TERRIBLE. Like stale pee. Gross. The only saving grace is fine
Great pharmacy. They call me to remind me of my repeat (refill) open late. Quick. Friendly. Caring. The doctor is also good at the walk in here. Thanks blue sky!
I was one of the first customers in this pharmacy. They offer great service, the shortest waiting time for prescriptions, cheap prices, and a friendly environment. Would definitely go again
