I can't express how much appreciation I have for this pharmacy and the two wonderful people who went out of their way to help me today. I'm not from the area, let alone from Toronto and they still didn't hesitate to provide excellent customer service and solve an emergency for me. They are dedicated and super friendly from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Highly recommend this pharmacy.
They went out of their way to call and notify me when my prescription was available after another medical clinic kept failing to send the information over. A very helpful and friendly team.
Worst possible customer service called to ask for covid vaccination for my daughter they told me they did for kids ... drove to the store to found out that they didn't do.... wasted a trip ... don't recommend the place....
I’d shop here if they were actually open during the hours posted on Google and on their storefront. Alas, they are not, so my journey in the opposite direction of (reliable) Shoppers was a waste of time.
I have been in multiple times for various treatments, purchases & getting prescription filled! The staff have always been amazing very friendly & extremely helpful! It is great that they accept Ribitt for collecting points & support shopping local. It is so nice to have a pharmacy in the neighbourhood that adds to the feeling of living in a small town within the big city! Highly recommend!!
