The best pharmacy in the city. The staff are so kind and have gone above and beyond many times to make sure I get my medication. Even when doctors are being difficult, the pharmacists here have been so accommodating in communicating with them to ensure I do not have to go through medication withdrawal. Much more affordable than other pharmacies too. Fantastic folks all around.

This Independent pharmacy is truly excellent and associated with the Guardian drugstore network which means for one thing you can use the Guardian app for prescription renewals. Our family has used this pharmacy for some 20 years. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable, friendly, wise and their pricing is reasonable. The dispensing fee as well is less expensive than the competition. Highly recommended!

Dog friendly place! I decided to switch because I don't want to support the Galen Weston empire i.e. Shoppers. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that I can bring my puppers in and they even have treats. The staff is really friendly and the pharmacist knowledgeable. They even have the same kind of APP that shoppers does if you want to renew and refill your prescriptions that way. They often have deals on cosmetics and hair products and you'll also find a variety of household goods. The only thing they don't sell is food, but the food at Shoppers was never that spectacular and the food was almost always overpriced. So happy I switched. Nice to have a pharmacist that recognizes me. There is a real family vibe there and they will take the time to help you whereas the Shoppers pharmacists always seem so overworked.

I bought an electric toothbrush that does not charge, and therefore it is defective. I went to the store to explain the issue, and they told me they do not refund or exchange "because if it is open, they cannot resell it." From now on, I will go to shoppers that is a few meters away.

The people who run this location are wonderful, kind people. They're part of the mainstay of the Bloor-Ossington area and I remember going to them when my beloved Son was just a boy. He's 30 now. This wonderful family-operated drugstore was located across the street in a beautiful Art Deco style old fashioned building. Shoppers Drug Mart opened a nasty SPITE store right next door to them with the evil selfish corporate- intention to drive this cherished neighborhood drugstore of business... but loyal, discerning, appreciative LONG TIME, multigenerational customers who care about good service and being treated like a human being continue to support this very rare, old fashioned personalized family run neighborhood store. I am one of those Discerning customers. I wish these people much love, good fortune and continued success. It is a family-run business and they make all of their customers feel like part of the family. They go above and beyond to help their customers and they're in the business because they care about people. It's not all about the money with this family . They run this business because they care about people, about healthcare and about helping and loving your neighbors. That's what these people are; a rare wonderful breed with old world charm the idea that it takes a village to raise a child. I love this family and their company.

From the moment you step inside, you're embraced by more than just a pharmacy; you're welcomed into a family where kindness and sincerity shine through. The head pharmacist embodies this spirit, offering not just medications but heartwarming, honest advice that makes every visit feel personal. He is beacon of kindness and compassion. His presence transforms every visit into an encounter with warmth that goes beyond the expected. This pharmacist isn't just a professional overseeing medications; they are the heart and soul of a place that many of us consider a second home. With unbeatable prices and the undeniable warmth of a family-owned gem, this place proves that the best care is built on love and community. It's not just a pharmacy; it's a haven of health, where every interaction is with a caring friend.

I have been receiving exemplary service from the pharmacist/owner of this drug store for 7 years. So much so that now that I am no longer conveniently close to it, I would not think of going anywhere else. Pramod has gone out of his way to have much needed prescriptions ready for me when needed in a hurry, has faxed copies to distant stores when I am traveling and has given me personal care since the first time I walked into his store. He and his wife work very long hours in this small operation, yet are always cheery. I wish I could give them 10 stars.
