If you hate shoppers, transfer here. They pick up the phone and will take care of most drug related issues for you. Shoppers wouldn’t transfer my prescriptions to a Toronto location and tried to tell me they had almost a week backlog. Called Habers and they took care of everything and I got my drugs later that day. The compounding can be slow and does have delays, but again, you can call and they will gladly update you (and usually it’s early or on time) They do a good job not leaving you hanging and if I call and request they ask my doctor for a refill, I know I can expect confirmation that they got in touch with the office almost immediately. Their delevery service is awesome. The drug courier service they offer is faster than 95% of people would be if they picked up their medications themselves. Usually medications are ready earlier than they say. However, the few times they have been late I was frustrated as it the call to alert me came after I was expecting to receive them, and not proactively before, but maybe I’m being nitpicky. I see in the reviews some others have had frustrating experiences here, but I personally have felt a sense of relief since switching here. As I truly value being able to speak to their team members on the phone, without needing to jump through so many hoops first. Additionally, unlike other pharmacies like shoppers, you can expect to get your medications this century and I know when I have to move for school they will gladly ship me what I need or no hassle transfer everything for me after a 15 second call.
Probably one of the worst pharmacies to deal with. They can’t seem to get a prescription right and I always seem to have to call back and double check that it was sent or charged properly. Dealing with them has been a nightmare.
Had a prescription to pick up they called me twice today. I called back said I was 15 minutes away at 6:40 and asked of it was okay to pick up my prescription, arrived at 6:55 they were closed.
Why are you suddenly charging $15.00 to deliver oravital (chlorhexidine) to my dentist office? I asked the woman who answered the phone and she had no idea why the patients are being charged. I told her if I didn't get an answer I would submit a negative review and she said she "go ahead, I don't care". Very unprofessional office!!! I will see if I can get the product elsewhere. I feel sorry for the owners of this pharmacy as they are obviously employing individuals who simply want a paycheck. As a teacher I rate this pharmacy an F meaning FAIL.
So helpful!!! They are very knowledgeable and have really helped me a lot with a prescription for my cat! They're the only pharmacy (and I called a lot of different places) that were able to re-compound my cats medication! Thank you so much for all the help! You guys rock! ❤️❤️
The eyedrops they prepare for me come in bottles with really large dispensing hole so a lot of the solution is wasted as it runs out of my eyes and down my cheeks. I explained the problem to the pharmacy and was told "not everyone gets the hang of how to use it". In truth no one gets the hang.. since you can't beat the laws of physics. I asked if they offered another type of bottle with a smaller hole and they said yes but it would cost an extra $4 per bottle (each bottle lasts about a week- ouch). I agreed and paid the extra $48 for 12 bottles but as it turns out they simply used the same bottles as before and once again these drops are flowing down my face. It seems as though they are reluctant to provide a bottle that doesn't waste product, even when they charge you a kings ransom for it. This enables them to make hundreds of extra $$ from me annually.
Brought in prescription for 3 months, was told that they would only dispense one month at a time but I had to prepay the full 3 months. Lo and behold when I try to pick up my second month they have no record in the system and say my medication was all dispensed at once. This is a compound that expires within one month, so absolutely not true. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time this happened, but now I believe they are simply scamming patients.
