Customer service needs work. This isn't my regular pharmacy, and I don't live nearby. I come here for compound prescriptions that provide needed pain relief, which I understand aren't prepared on a same day basis. It took a few years to get a WhatsApp or phone call when a prescription is ready for pick up, despite asking each time. I dropped off a new prescription on Monday, and asked for a call when ready. On Wednesday, I dropped in to check, as I was just across the street. I again asked that I get a call when ready for pick up. This morning, I called to check on the status of this prescription and learned it was ready. Five days to get needed pain relief is unacceptable. Do better.
I walked into this pharmacy today with an open wound on my knee from a fall and asked the pharmacy assistant if they had saline so I could clean it. All she said was "no, sorry". There were several other staff behind the counter, at least one of whom was a pharmacist, who looked at me and could not look less interested to help me so I walked out. As a pharmacist myself, I found this interaction to be very disappointing and unhelpful. The least you could do is point me to some dressing, gauze, polysporin or even order in some saline? Really hope you offer better care to your other patients because I will not be returning.

The location is very convenient right at the corner of King and River. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable especially with regards to generic versions of medication or providing additional information regarding your prescription. Another great thing is that they offer delivery for prescriptions especially when you can't get to the pharmacy. This is also a great place to get your vaccines as the website is easy to use for booking and the process is simple once you arrive. They are open late enough for you to get to after work and are open on Saturdays.
