Went here to get my COVID vaccine shots. Dalia is very attentive to all her patients, she checked on me several times to see if I’m doing ok (as I almost fainted after first shot). She is also very kind and polite.

Love this Pharmacy! Very knowledgeable, thorough and diligent. You can tell the owner & pharmacist is very caring and passionate about what she does. It’s obvious she cares about her clients & customers well being in a way that I have never seen before. Her compassion is unmatched and I have become a regular because of the level of expertise she’s provided.

Jarvis St. Apothecary is a clean, well-organized and high functioning pharmacy and a staple of the community, but what makes this business truly exceptional is the pharmacy manager, Dhalia. She goes well above and beyond the typical duties of a pharmacist to ensure people are cared for—those without internet access, mobility issues, the elderly and low-income customers. When I received my second Covid-19 vaccination it was complicated as I had received the first when I was in Los Angeles. Because of this, there was no way to correctly register my dosage in the provincial tracking system. She made all the necessary calls and amendments to insure proper record—which I'm sure was time consuming—and treated me with patience and acceptance. Dhalia's kindness is inspiring—give Jarvis St. Apothecary your business if you want someone to truly care about your health and wellbeing!
Visited Monday. They called me back for an appointment. Covid vaccination for Thursday. Friendly and very efficient. Will let you know more after second shot. Stay healthy. Wear a mask. Second shot went smooth no problem. Although not till June (Provincial Gov't delay).
