Andrew, Youssef, and Kyrolos — the pharmacists/owners — are truly exceptional. They helped me tremendously during a very stressful time when my medication was discontinued. While other pharmacies simply told me they didn’t have it and left me on my own, this team did the opposite. They reassured me, helped reduce my anxiety, and made sure I felt calm and supported. They told me they would do whatever it takes — and they kept their word. They are incredibly efficient, I never have to wait long, and everything is handled with care. Above all, they are genuinely kind people who really mean well, not just running a business. Their compassion and dedication made such a difference for me. I’m truly grateful for them.

My 3 year old needed a prescription for antibiotics urgently. They filled it quickly and took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the meds, including dosage, side effects, etc. The pharmacist was warm and knowledgeable and truly went the extra mile. Great experience!
My Family doctor relocated to this building recently. I really like this Pharmacy. Andrew is so knowledgeable, helpful and takes his time to answer all my questions. I am not rushed out like I have experienced with many Shoppers Drug Mart locations, for example. This place is great!! Lucky I connected with them.
