I’ve been with this pharmacy Main Drug Mart at 1130 Bloor St West moved to 1078 Bloor St. West for over 20 years and my daughter as well. We’re like family. They are the very best. They go out of their way to help us. They don’t just do their job they care for people’s needs and wellbeing. There’s not enough words to describe how grateful my daughter and I are to them. A very special thank you to Patricia and Steve. As they go above and beyond for us. Thank you so much for helping us and making our lives better and easier with your care and support. I went to this pharmacy because I was unhappy with my old pharmacy. That was a mistake. This is a horrible pharmacy with zero concern for their customer's health. Fortunately there are many other pharmacies close by. THIS IS THE WORST PHARMACY IMAGINABLE! Enter at your own risk.
I have been using main drugs mart for years the pharmacist who works there are great take time out to explain everything when it comes to your meds and prescription and I get my medication Deliver to me which is great as I work six are seven days a week it’s very convenient for me
The pharmacists are amazing. Very friendly and they really care. They don't rush you and take the time to give you the information you need. Highly recommend!
I do not usually write reviews, but I wanted to take the time to say that If you want good and caring service from a pharmacy, go here! If you are in the Bloorcourt area this should be your pharmacy. I recently transferred to them from another pharmacy in the area and it was a great choice!
The pharmacy techs are great and respectful people to deal with so the 1 star only exist for this reason. Now the lack of 3 stars is due to improper SOP possibly outlined by management that made it so that I was originally charged for my prescription covered by Ohip. Now the last star is due to having lost that money without any solution due to restrictions for OHIP. Again the pharmacy techs are amazing people with everything time I have had the pleasure of speaking with them.
All the staff at this Main Drug Mart are very helpful. Today Amanda helped me with their usual politeness and quick service. It’s more than just polite, the staff sincerely look for a way in which to assist you. Highly recommended
