The staff are always very friend and knowledgeable. I haven't been going there for very long but they always greet me by name when I walk in. I am really glad I switched to this pharmacy.
Terrible customer service with absolutely no sense of empathy or understanding toward customers. The staff showed little interest in resolving issues or even listening to concerns. It’s disappointing to see such disregard for basic courtesy and professionalism. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values respectful and attentive service.

It was quick without being dismissive and it was just a very wholesome experience. can't wait to go back for repeat check-ups and tests.

Wow. Just switched here from Shoppers, and I am SO blown away by the care and attention I've received from the staff. When one has been with one of the big pharmacies, you become inured to their indifference. Medsexpert is truly a cut above. Thank you!!!
Worst experience. I visited the location and was told that I should return several days later due to the medications being out of stock, which is fine. (Later, I actually was already able to get same-day pickup at a different pharmacy for this medication). After confirming the inventory with the pharmacist, I returned once more, only to be told that I required a waiting period after my last pickup, which they could’ve told me ahead before I came in again. I consulted my doctor about this, and she confirmed that I didn’t need to wait. I wonder why a pharmacist would override a doctor's prescription.
